koda855 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Interpretation and Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the koda855 website, including all content, services, applications and products available through the koda855.org domain.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on this Platform.

• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the User into their account using Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or supported crypto equivalents.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the koda855 Platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

koda855 supports a range of secure and recognised payment methods to facilitate financial transactions for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and crypto assets such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method used and the verification process required.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of deposit, except in special circumstances that require koda855's approval.
• koda855 does not charge any additional fees for standard deposit or withdrawal processes. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user's account, including forfeiture of existing balances, without any compensation.
